Cognitive Technologies Tapped to Support Leading Department of Transportation
Austin, TX. October 29, 2011. Cognitive Technologies--a consulting firm specializing in organizational effectiveness, collaborative portals, and project management for Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies--has been selected to support the re-design and development of certification guides and training for a leading state Department of Transportation.
Cognitive Technologies will use the Performance DNA Training Design and Development methodology that we developed to convert existing training materials into performance-centered training materais that better align with valued outcomes. Materials to be re-designed include the certification training guide, training modules in PowerPoint, and a facilitator guide.
