Introduction to Microsoft Project® 2007 / 2010

This workshop is intended for associate project managers, project managers, IT project managers, project coordinators, project analysts, project leaders, team leaders and project team members who want to use Microsoft® Project 2007. Learn to create project calendars and resources; appropriately identify, enter, organize and relate project tasks; assign resources and costs; baseline your project; understand budget and status; and run standard and customized reports.

This workshop is taught via lecture and extensive hands-on learning activities.

The instructor for this course will be an experienced project professional with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project.
