Our standard offering includes:
- Administration of online assessments of selected members of your organization on the
MBTI or
the Golden Personality Type Profiler
(Jungian-based instruments), each of which requires approximately 25 minutes to complete. All of our assessment tools enable
you to quickly understand how and why people tend to behave and contribute in work situations the way they do.
- Production of professional, individualized reports for each person who completes the assessment.
- Facilitation of a 3-hour workshop for up to 25 to ensure that people understand the assessment they took, the results reported, and what to do about them.
In addition, we can provide:
- Individualized coaching for ongoing growth and development of leaders at all levels
- Interpretation of personality type profiles to improve hiring, fill team gaps, and improve the diversity and strengths of your team
- Individual coaching that customizes assessment interpretation for an individual based on his/her needs

Our Facilitator
Dr. Karen McGraw leads all of our personality type profile engagements, oversees assessment administration, conducts workshops either in person or
online, and provides coaching to help you use the assessment for ongoing growth and development.
Dr. McGraw is qualified to administer the Personality Type Profiler, Insights Discovery and the MBTI.
She has facilitated assessments and workshops to improve leadership and team effectiveness for both commercial firms and organizations
such as the U.S. Treasury. Karen has published 5 books and numerous articles, and has been an adjunct faculty member for the
University of Texas and the University of Maryland. Karen holds a doctorate and master's degree from Texas Tech University and
a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston. She is a member of ASTD
and APTi.
